What happens on a strategy call?
We talk about what you want and when: buying, moving, using equity or reviewing your current loan. I explain the options that fit and what the payment and cash to close could look like. There is no application and nothing to prepare.
Do I need to live in Washington to work with you?
No. I'm personally licensed in Washington, Montana and Arkansas. For other states, I still have the first strategy conversation with you, and CrossCountry Mortgage's interstate team and my lending partners handle the loan itself with an advisor licensed in your state.
Will this affect my credit?
No. A conversation does not involve a credit check.
