This practice runs on a finance-first approach, which means the people on the team need to think like advisors rather than transaction processors. We are growing carefully and looking for loan processors and originating partners who want to work this way.
What the work actually looks like
Every file starts with the full financial picture, not a rate quote. That means the team spends time reading the borrower's situation, thinking about the right structure, and explaining the numbers in real terms. Speed matters, but never at the cost of the right structure. Closing dates are commitments, and communication with the client and the referral partner is continuous rather than reactive.
Who we are looking for
Loan processors who treat the file as a financial picture rather than a checklist, and who can hold the closing date as a real commitment. Loan officers anywhere in the country who want to build a lender-for-life practice rather than chase volume. We are building a national team, so you can join us from any state where you are licensed or willing to become licensed.
