    Your mortgage after closing

Most of the decisions that build wealth happen after you buy. Once a year, or whenever something changes, I am glad to review your mortgage with you: where your equity stands, whether a refinance makes structural sense and how your loan fits your next move.

Send a request and I will set up a time. If you have a friend or family member who would benefit from a conversation like this, they can use the same form.

    Frequently asked questions

Is this content useful if I do not live in Washington, Montana or Arkansas?

Yes. The articles, quiz and classes are written for anyone making a real estate decision. Whitney is licensed in Washington, Montana and Arkansas. For other states, she still has the first strategy conversation, and CrossCountry Mortgage's interstate team and her lending partners handle the loan with an advisor licensed in your state.

Is this advice specific to my situation?

The articles are educational and written for a general audience. They explain principles and frameworks so you can think clearly about your own numbers. For advice specific to your situation, book a call and we will walk through your actual financial picture.

Does Whitney write about current mortgage rates?

Not as a headline. The articles focus on the decisions that shape whether a mortgage builds wealth, because the rate is one input among several. Your rate depends on your actual loan scenario, so the best way to get a real number is a strategy call.
